A few useful things.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size chart shown with each product. Measure your dog's chest around its widest point, then neck and back length as shown in that product's guide. Charts vary between styles. If you're between sizes, send us the measurements and the product name before ordering.
Where can I find shipping information?
Available destinations, shipping options and any delivery charges depend on your address and the items in your bag. Check the information displayed at checkout. Read our shipping policy.
What about returns and exchanges?
Read our returns and exchanges policy. For help with an order, include your order number and the item name in your message.
How should I care for my dog's clothing?
Follow the care label and the instructions on the individual product page. Different fabrics and finishes need different care.
